Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated house. The host was fantastic—welcoming and thoughtful, with small special touches that made us feel right at home. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, surrounded by calm and nature. The house offered plenty of space for our family of six (2 adults and 4 children), and everything we needed was available and well thought out. All of us enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families looking for a quiet and spacious retreat!

Positive: Location: great place to use as a base when exploring the region Cleanliness: rooms, linen and kitchenware were clean. Implements to keep it clean were provided and easy to find. Communication: host connected with me in advance of the stay and was responsive to questions about the area and property. She went above and beyond by surprising us with bread, milk and treats on arrival. She also alerted us to something we had left behind and helped us collect it after checkout. Kitchen had all the essential pots, pans and implements needed to prepare and serve meals for a family of 8. Essential information about power, heating and waste management were clearly labeled. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and consistent supply of hot water. Plenty of towels and essential toiletries were provided. Living room had adequate seating for a group to sit around and relax
Negative: Use of shower between 8 people needed some logistical planning :D WiFi connectivity was weak but didn’t bother us since didn’t really need it.

Positive: Helen was a great host, the accomodation was very clean and spacious for our group. Grand location to visit Cork, nearby villages and amazing nature parks for hikes.
Negative: Some small kitchen facilities would make it even better like a wine bottle opener and a coffee machine.

Positive: Absolutely lovely house! Helen was a wonderful host and gave us a great welcome. She had the kettle boiled and some lovely homemade brown bread for me when I arrived! The location is perfect, very quiet and picturesque, and super quick to Cork, Killarney and more. I would thoroughly recommend the house to everyone
